THE CHEF

The chef, Jason, is a trained chef with over 33 years of experience. He's worked at a number of other restaurants, namely Victory Cafe, Cilantro and Oyishi Japan. Conway Diner is the second restaurant from this group, previously Conway BBQ, which was open for more than 10 years and was closed due to Covid-19.
